Kedysi dávno žili v čarovnom lese tri malé zvedavé medvedíky: Benny, Lily a Majo. Jedného slnečného dňa sa vybrali k medovníkovému stromu po med, ale nie! Všetky nádoby s medom boli preč!
Mláďatá chceli med nájsť, pretože bol pre ich lesných kamarátov veľmi dôležitý. Med pomáhal včielkam a motýľom, aby ich domovy boli silné a zdravé. Vďaka nemu rástli aj veľké a krásne kvety, takže les bol farebný a sladko voňal.
Mláďatá sa teda rozhodli vydať na vzrušujúce dobrodružstvo, aby našli chýbajúci med. Vydali sa po lepkavých stopách a cestou stretli rôzne lesné zvieratá. Každé zvieratko im dalo špeciálnu indíciu.
Stretli roztomilého zajačika menom Rory, ktorý povedal: „Videl som veveričku, ktorá niesla niečo sladké!“ To bola dobrá stopa! Mláďatá teda pokračovali v ceste.
Hlbšie v lese našli veveričku Sammyho. Priznal sa, že si vzal med do svojej zimnej skrýše. Mláďatá mu vysvetlili, že med potrebujú ich kamaráti, pretože včely, motýle a kvety sú bez neho smutné. Les by bez medu nebol taký veselý a pekný.
