Providing contact information is voluntary. However, without a valid email address or another suitable contact method, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.

We will respond without undue delay, generally within one month of receiving your request. Where justified, this period may be extended by a further two months. We will inform you of any extension and the reasons for it.

Exercising your rights is generally free of charge. For manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, the controller may act in accordance with Article 12(5) GDPR.

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

In the ordinary operation of our website and provision of stories, we do not carry out automated individual decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects visitors within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
